Effect: You take a –3 penalty on all Intelligence and Wisdom-based checks. You take twice as long to complete any skill checks which requires one or more rounds to complete, such as Craft or Disable Device checks.
Benefit: A Moderate bonus feat or lower for which you meet the prerequisites.
