Lycanthropic Transformation[edit]
When you use your Change Shape ability, you lose the ability to speak, read or perform any action which requires concentration. However you can change into your bestial form as a move action (a swift action with the Quick Change feat) and you choose two features instead of one. Furthermore, choose a singe phase of the moon. While exposed to moonlight in the chosen phase, you must transform your bestial form and cannot turn back into your human form until you are no longer exposed to moonlight for at least 1 minute.
Since you spent most of your time in your human form, you have honed your skills. You gain Skill Focus as a bonus feat, which you can only access while outside of your bestial form.
