Finish Him (4e Power)

Finish Him: Once an encounter use this power against a bloodied creature to finish him off. Works best if you are using a ranged weapon as a melee weapon has little range. Since it works on your allies turn, this can become a bit of a "Kill Steal" move. Try not to make your friends mad about that.
