Breeze in a Bottle
The Breeze in a Bottle is a glass bottle or jar that has alchemically compressed air in it. When the seal is broken, the bottle emanates a cool breeze (approximately 9mph) in a line from the mouth of the bottle. Any airborne vapors, fumes, clouds, smoke, and gasses drift away from the point at a speed of 80 feet per round and dissipate in one-fourth the normal time. The breeze only lasts for 2d4 rounds before it entirely escapes the bottle.
The bottle can be used to cool off in heated environments. If the bottle is directed at a creature for a round, they get a +2 to their next Survival check to resist weather effects within the next hour.
