Nobue enjoyed freezing her foes alive, especially to the point their heart would stop beating.
This counter can be initiated after striking a creature in melee and dealing at least 20 points of cold damage. The initiator attempts to freeze the target instantly, causing it to become Stunned for 1 round with a Fortitude save to negate the effect. The target takes an additional 1d6 cold damage whether the save is successful or not.
If the target has 20 or less hit points, this maneuver instantly kills them on a failed Fortitude save as they are frozen solid.
