Frozen Feet
Dire Winter (Counter) [Cold]
Level: 1
Initiation Action: Immediate
Range: Personal
Target: Self
Duration: 1 Round
Saving Throw: None

Never give into your opponents, freeze your feet to the ground if you need to.

This counter can only be initiated if your feet touch the ground. When you would be moved by any effect, you can immediately freeze your feet in a chunk of ice embedded into the ground. This reduces any forced movement by 10 feet per initiator level, to a minimum of 0. Alternatively you may initiate this counter to prevent yourself from being tripped.

However for the duration of this maneuver you are Immobilized.
