Runecaster
Remove vocal components, but use somatic components to inscribe glowing drawings on a surface in order to cast your spells.
Class: Any class with spellcasting.
Prerequisites: Any spellcasting.
Level: See text
Replaces: Normal casting method.
Benefit: As a runecaster, none of your spells require vocal components. However, all of your spells gain somatic components (if not there already) and have the pre-requisite of being able to draw with a limb onto a surface. If your spellcasting didn't have arcane spell failure, it now has arcane spell failure. The glowing runes form the basis of your spellcasting.
