- I imagine that it stacks, at least in the latter case. Taking a -4 is a pretty hefty penalty, so it may be vindicated in this case. That said, there are some admittedly easy ways to pump attack bonuses and such. - TG Cid 16:20, 26 August 2012 (UTC)
