	The stats are exotic, but the item is bland. It meets the minimum need for exotics for me but that's about it. Also, Str 14 is very strange. They always make these ability prereqs odd, so 13 or 15. I'd say 13.

	It's a big axe with reach; nothing exotic about it for me. One of those typical "here, give it EWP because it deals high damage and costs a lot" creations.
