''Cliff was an expert fighter able to turn anything he picked up into a deadly weapon, but he was still limited in useful weapons due to lack of magic.  How was he to fight ghosts with any random stick he picked up, and it would be too expensive to enhance them all.  Then an idea came to him, and using the same theories behind weapon crystals he forged a pair of gauntlets.  Now everything would be a deadly and magically infused weapon!''

These gauntlet can be enhanced as a weapon, including hosting special enhancements such as [[SRD:Flaming|Flaming]].  It applies these enhancements to any weapon the user wields.  Magic weapons wielded by the user take either the gauntlet's enhancements or the original enhancements, chosen when the object is drawn.

Although the gauntlets can host any enhancement, some enhancements may not transfer to the wielded weapon.  For example, [[SRD:Disruption|Disruption]] Gauntlets of the Edgemaster +1 would transfer the +1 to a rapier, but not Disruption (which only functions for bludgeoning weapons).

Weapon enhancements with a fixed price (such as [[Corrosion Nix (3.5e Equipment)|Corrosion Nix]]) cost x3 their normal cost on the Gauntlets of the Edgemaster.  Limited use enhancements (such as luck rerolls) are not renewed if you pick up a different weapon.
