Shadar-kai NPCs have the following traits:
- Proficiency in Perception
- Darkvision 60 ft.
- Fey Ancestry: [3] The bard has advantage on saving throws against being charmed, and magic can’t put you to sleep.
- Trance: [3] Elves don’t need to sleep. Instead, they meditate deeply, remaining semiconscious, for 4 hours a day. After resting in this way, the bard gains the same benefit that a human does from 8 hours of sleep.
- Languages (minimum): Common, Elven
- Damage Resistance: necrotic
- Raven Queen's Blessing (1/Day): As a bonus action, the elf can teleport up to 30 feet to an unoccupied space it can see. If the elf is CR 3+, using this trait grants resistance to all damage until the start of its next turn.
