Wood Elf NPCs have the following traits:
- Proficiency in Perception
- Darkvision 60 ft.
- Fey Ancestry: [3] The bard has advantage on saving throws against being charmed, and magic can’t put you to sleep.
- Trance: [3] Elves don’t need to sleep. Instead, they meditate deeply, remaining semiconscious, for 4 hours a day. After resting in this way, the bard gains the same benefit that a human does from 8 hours of sleep.
- Languages (minimum): Common, Elven
- Speed: 35 feet
- Weapon Substitution: longsword, shortsword, shortbow, and/or longbow.
- Mask of the Wild: The elf can attempt to hide even when it is only lightly obscured by natural terrain or conditions.
