The Accessory of Human Disguise usually exist in the form of chokers, pins and other minor almost invisible accessories. They allow creature of non-human appearance to exist in society without too much problems.
Upon being worn and activated, the wearer is under the effect of human form. However unlike the spell, the only form the wearer may appear as is a human version of themselves. The form is the same across all uses (and even multiple Accessory of Human Disguise) and attempt to be as accurate as possible in it translation. As a result unless the wearer was truly inhuman, he doe snot gain a bonus to disguise against creatures who know him well. The accessory meld into the wearer's form and cannot be removed unless the effect is dispelled or the wearer deactivate it.
Prerequisites: Craft Wondrous Item, human form.
