You accursed amulet! You are the reason I survived!
When you would die, instead you don't and the amulet breaks, and your hp increases to 1 if it was lower. If an attack or spell was the cause, it is negated against you only. The next time you can take a standard action, you must use that standard action to curse and discard the amulet.
Unlike most magic items, when broken this can be easily repaired, requiring only a single Mending or a DC 20 Craft check. Once it has saved a creature, that creature can never again use a Blessed Medallion and will never willingly touch the Blessed Medallion they discarded. An enemy can pick up a discarded Blessed Medallion without provoking attacks of opportunities.
Prerequisites: Craft Wondrous Items, Revivify.
Cost to Create: 2000 gp, 160 EXP, 4 days.
