Blinding Speed [Epic] Prerequisites: Must have one of the scores at 25, dexterity, strength, ConstitutionBenefit: The character can act as if hasted for 5 rounds each day plus an extra number of rounds per ability modifier that is chosen. The duration of the effect need not be consecutive rounds. Activating this power is a free action. In addition base land speed when not hasted by this effect permanently increases by 10 feet. Special: A character can gain this feat multiple times. Each time They takes the feat, it grants an additional 5 rounds of haste per day plus a number of extra rounds per ability score modifier chosen
