You tear open portals with a command to the universe, binding one part of the multiverse with another. You duplicate the travel only function of gate. However, you must still be somewhat familiar with the destination, and have the same failure chance of a teleport spell. The gate is opaque, and does not show you the situation or contents of the other side.
Reverse: Rather than tearing open portals to move yourself, you summon others through gates. This duplicates the lesser planar binding spell with a magic circle against chaos/evil/good/law already cast. If you know truename of the creature, the creature takes a -4 penalty on it's Will save and opposed checks against you. In spite of being a spell-like ability, you still pay all costs involved with the calling if you choose to barter with the creature. In addition, the HD limit is now your 1/2 your CR + 4.
Failure: On a failed truespeak check, the gate leads to a random location. For the reverse, the creature appears without the magic circle against chaos/evil/good/law binding them.
Primal UtteranceEdit
Normal: You duplicate the ability of planar rip.
Reversed: You can use the calling function of the gate spell. You still must pay all gold and experience costs as normal.
