The Dragon King's Orbs are extremely rare items that were crafted a long time ago. All dragon king's orbs are made of polished glass or crystal about 10 inches in diameters, however three types exist and their appearance differs:
- Faded Spheres glow extremely faintly, they are of a light brown color.
- Regular spheres glow a strong orange.
- Giant spheres are three times as large as the normal variant and glow radiantly.
When seven Dragon King's Orbs of the same type are piled and the command words "Dragon King, hear our wish." are spoken their true power is seen. If seven faded spheres are used a single limited wish is granted. If seven regular spheres are used, a wish is granted. And finally if seven giant spheres are used, three wishes are granted. A single user cannot use the Dragon King's Orbs to make the same wish multiple times, even if multiple different sets are used.
Once a wish is granted, all orbs on the set turn to stone and become nonmagical items, perhaps to awaken again in the far future.
