LairEdit
[3] Liches create lairs where they can conduct further magical research - such as towers, dungeons, and abandoned temples.
The region near a lich’s lair is creates the following effects:
All-Seeing. The lich can cast Clairvoyance
Inevitable Siphon. Humanoids that die in the region have their soul trapped and consumed by the lich. Only the most powerful magic can restore them.
Effects end if the lich is destroyed, but are restored if the lich reconstitutes (see Spirit Jar).
