This time they will not come back.
Make a melee attack against a target who is denied a Dexterity bonus to AC (whether the target actually has a Dexterity bonus or not) or is flanked. This attack is considered ghost touch, and is not subject to any miss chance due to concealment. In addition to the usual damage, they must make a Fortitude save or die. Creatures with less hp than four times your initiator level do not receive a saving throw.
Even on a successful save, the creature takes an additional 1d6 sneak attack damage per 2 initiator levels. This stacks with actual sneak attack.
At your choice, a creature slain by this maneuver (regardless of the save result, if any) can have their body and/or soul destroyed. A destroyed body is reduced to fine dust as if subject to disintegrate, while a destroyed soul causes the creature to be unable to be resurrected by any means short of deific intervention, or two wish or miracle spells (one to restore the soul, the other to bring it back to life).
