Class Features[edit]
Similar to a blood mage, but for anyone with a slam attack or similar natural attack
Bloody Knuckles: Your fist is capable of causing contusions, lacerations, and puncture wounds. Your slam attack can be treated as a slashing or piercing weapon as well as a bludgeoning weapon.
Immunity: A sanguine savant attains the ability to release antibodies into his bloodstream constantly, making him immune to all diseases and poisons of any kind.
Homeostatic Feedback: A sanguine savant savant’s body has the ability to swiftly react to injury of any sort in order to maintain his body chemistry. He gains fast healing equal to his sanguine savant level.
Reactive Hemorrhaging: An opponent who successfully strikes a sanguine savant with a melee piercing or slashing weapon must make a Reflex save (DC 10 + savant level + Charisma modifier) or be dazed by a spray of blood for one round. This has no additional negative effect on the sanguine savant.

Infarction: With a melee touch attack, you may create a blood clot somewhere on the opponent’s body. This has a number of different effects, depending on where you choose to strike. All infaraction attacks allow a Fortitude save (DC 10 + sanguine savant level + Charisma modifier)
- Arm: Arm goes limp, Strength damage
- Leg: Dexterity damage, reduce speed in half and inhibit running or charging
- Brain: feeblemind and distort all senses and speech
- Heart: Sometimes it pays to go straight for the heart. (death effect)
