You release a thin mist of spores into the air.  Creatures which enter this area must make a [[Fortitude]] save each round while inside or suffer from hallucinations, which incur a 20% chance their intended action will not go off and be wasted.  This is a mind-affecting effect, though immunity to disease is also immunity to this spell.  The hallucinations last for as long as they remain in the cloud and 1d4 rounds afterward.

The dust is euphoric.  More than one druid has been found casting this on themselves on purpose.
