|benefit=If you successfully strike the same opponent twice in the same flurry of blow, you may do one of the following: make the struck [[SRD:Sickened|Sickened]] for 1 round or deal 1 point of [[Strength]] or [[Dexterity]] damage. If you deal ability damage, each hit beyond the second deals an additional point of ability damage to the same ability score. Unlike normal ability damage, this damage is healed after 1 hour or rest. If you make your opponent sickened each additional hit beyond the second increases the duration of the status by 1 round.
