As part of this maneuver, you freeze moisture in the air into shards of black ice, tainted with negative energy. The shards explode on contact. As part of this maneuver, you make a ranged touch attack against a creature within range. If it hits, your opponent takes 6d6 points of damage; half this damage is cold damage and half is negative energy damage.
