Simply having this weapon drawn makes all intelligent creatures who can see it more agreeable. This reduces the DC of any [[SRD:Diplomacy Skill | Diplomacy]] check made by the weapon's wielder to improve their attitude by a number equal to 9 + the weapon's enhancement bonus. Furthermore, the weapon has a way of "fixing" those who refuse to back down; Against creatures that the wielder couldn't "convince" to be more friendly, the weapon's enhancement bonus increases by +2 and deals +2d6 additional damage, just like the Bane property. Finally, the weapon causes creatures who are made more agreeable by the weapon's enchantment to be even more susceptible than usual, suffering a -2 penalty on saving throws against Charm and Compulsion effects employed by the weapon's wielder. Non-mindless creatures who are immune to Charm/Compulsion effects don't suffer this penalty, but instead lose their immunity to Charm and Compulsion, though they are granted a +4 bonus on saving throws against them.
