This belt can be activated to give you a fly speed (perfect) equal to your land speed.  However whenever the belt is active it generates a black smoke that forms a cube of smoke out to your reach centered on you at the start of your turn.  This provides 20% concealment but subjects the user to [[SRD:Environment#Smoke_Effects|smoke hazards]].  If you move out of the cloud, you do not need to make the [[Fortitude]] save but do not benefit from concealment.  Smoke lasts for 1 round.

The smoke has a strong odor.  Creatures with scent can detect you twice as far away when your belt is active.
