You fly in the air on a column of thick black smoke, obscuring your legs.
This belt can be activated to give you a fly speed (perfect) equal to your land speed. However whenever the belt is active it generates a black smoke that forms a cube of smoke out to your reach centered on you at the start of your turn. This provides 20% concealment but subjects the user to smoke hazards. If you move out of the cloud, you do not need to make the Fortitude save but do not benefit from concealment. Smoke lasts for 1 round.
The smoke has a strong odor. Creatures with scent can detect you twice as far away when your belt is active.
Prerequisites: Craft Wondrous Item, fly, stinking cloud.
