As you finish casting this spell, you summon a strange air currents which is bound to your will. It reacts with your thoughts, granting you a personal [[SRD:Wind Wall|''wind wall'']] and a fly speed of 500 ft. (perfect) for the duration. The current never interfere with your attacks and even make the condition more favorable, allowing you to make ranged attack without any penalty in any sort of wind condition while the spell is active.

As a free action during your turn, you may direct the current to change the local wind condition. While the wind howl gently as a base, you may alter it [[SRD:Weather#Winds|wind force]] from None to an [[Meteologic Aport (3.5e Power)|Extraplanetary Hurricane]] within the spell range. You may even change the wind force only for a a selection squares, leaving the area empty with no limit to how many area affected beside the spell's range. As an example you could make a wall of tornado force wind surrounding your enemies, while leaving the rest of the battlefield with a light breeze. 

While concordant stream is in effect any spells or ability which attempt to alter the weather, such as [[SRD:Control Weather|''control weather'']] or [[SRD:Control Winds|''control winds'']] automatically fail. If [[SRD:Miracle|''miracle'']], [[SRD:Wish|''wish'']] or another ''concordant stream'' is used then they must make an opposed caster level check, if successful both effects are negated.
