Instead of rolling to confirm a critical hit, your attack bypasses all damage reduction (except damage reduction/-) and force the struck creature to make a fortitude save (DC is 10 + 1/2 bab + [[SRD:Strength|strength]] mod) or be stunned for 1 round.
