|summary=Your mastery of necromancy makes you unwilling to die alone in combat. You gain a death throes that triggers whenever you would be brought down to 0 hp. If you are in the Immortal Fortitude stance, this triggers even if you succeed on your saving throw and survive.

|bab0=Your death throes do 1d4 untyped damage per BAB in a range of 5 x BAB.
|bab1=Your death throes now do 1d6 untyped damage per BAB.
|bab6=Your death throes now do 1d8 untyped damage per BAB. Reroll all 1s for damage for your death throes effect from this feat.
|bab11=Your death throes now do 1d10 untyped damage per BAB. Reroll all 1s for damage of ''any'' death throes effect, even from other sources.
|bab16=Your death throes now do 1d12 untyped damage per BAB. You can use spell slots to to empower this damage. Spending 1 spell slot increases the damage by 1d6 per spell level(Using a level 1 slot and a level 3 slot will increase the damage by 4d6). This is a free action and you can only spend up to 1 spell slot for every 2 BAB you have.
