This spell acts like ''[[SRD:Fog Cloud|fog cloud]]'' with the adjustments above.  It takes 10 minutes to cast the spell and an additional 10 minutes for the effects to manifest.  Sufficient wind effects can briefly suppress the fog in its area of effect, but the fog returns to normal opacity after 5 rounds of exclusion from the wind.  Ambient wind of 10 mph or less can slowly move the fog cloud at half the speed, or you can leave the cloud fixed, specified upon casting this spell.
