If you already have a [[Mad Philosopher's Stone (3.5e Equipment)|Mad Philosopher's Stone]], you may add the soul points to an existing stone rather than creating a new one.

Only creatures with at least 3 Intelligence, Wisdom, and Charisma are affected by this spell.

Creatures destroyed by this spell can only be brought back to life if the created stone is in hand, and it hasn't been used up.
