|benefit=When attacking a living enemy with eyes, the player may attempt to attack the target's eyes and permanently blind the enemy. Using this ability is a full action round. If the attack is successful the target is permanently blinded as their eyes are destroyed. Only a Regenerate spell can restore the creatures eyes. 
|example= Khelen the dwarf goes after a chain devil's eyes, he succeeds on an attack roll and using his axes tears out the devil's eyes.
