|benefit= By expending 2 points of bio-energy you cause your heart to beat at 4x its natural speed. In return you gain +5 speed bonus on attack rolls, a +4 dodge bonus to AC and Reflex saves, a +4 bonus on bull rush, grapple, overrun, trip, and damage rolls. This stacks with other haste-like effects. Lasts for 1d4 rounds, can be extended 1 round by expending 1 point of bio-energy drain. Once it ends, the creature takes 1d8 damage for each round beyond the initial d4 it spent in this state and becomes fatigued. 

Alternatively, by draining 2 points of bio-energy you can cause your heart to beat at 6x its natural speed. In return you gain +8 speed bonus on attack rolls, +6 dodge bonus to AC and Reflex saves, a +6 bonus on bull rush, grapple, overrun, trip, and damage rolls. While in this state, any time something touches or is touched by the affected creature they take 1d8 heat damage. This stacks with other haste-like effects. Lasts for 1d4 rounds, can be extended 1 round by expending 2 points of bio-energy drain. The pain and force of your heart going so fast causes 1d6 non-lethal damage for each round it is active. Once it ends, the creature takes 2d10 damage for each round beyond the initial d4 it spent in this state and becomes exhausted. 

Either state can only be used a maximum of twice a day. If 6x heartbeat is used more than 4 times in a week the d10s turn to d20s for 1d8 days.

|normal= When uongo-mijusis reaches 3HD it can triple its heart beat. As a swift action, an uongo-mijusis can triple its heart beat. In doing so it gains: +4 speed bonus on attack rolls, a +2 dodge bonus to AC and Reflex saves, a +2 bonus on bull rush, grapple, overrun, trip, and damage rolls. These effects stack with things like haste or rage; and can last for a number of rounds equal to the uongo-mijusis Con modifier/3.
