|benefit=You gain the death attack of an [[SRD:Assassin|assassin]] with a DC or 10 + 1/2 HD + [[Wisdom]], which uses your stunning fist attempts.  You have the same setup and limitations as death attack, except it can be done with any weapon which can be used with Stunning Fist and with ranged weapons up to 30 ft away, and you knock the creature unconscious (dealing enough nonlethal damage to bring them to -10) instead of killing them if you choose to kill instead of paralyze.

If you gain the [[SRD:Monk|monk's]] Quivering Palm, you can deal lethal damage with the death attack and it can be used on creatures and objects immune to critical hits.
