|benefit=You are able to create items through powerful metacreativity, you may spend a number of power points equal to the manifester (or caster) level of the item you wish to create, you create the item in a single hour of work, expending all necessary resources. If you spend twice the manifester level of the item you instead create it as a standard action. This count as manifesting a power, as per manifesting a power you cannot spend more than your own manifester level. If the process is interrupted or you fail the check you do not expend any resources, the power points are still lost but you may try again.

The item created this way are made of a psionic material which behave a steel and cannot rust, in order to make an item out of a special material you must have the appropriate amount of material (value) on hand. Otherwise crafting items in this manner do not require any material.
