You can use any kind of melee attack you know that only require a standard action or less to use. After using spirit strike you must wait 1 round before using it again.
|bab11=As a swift action you may gain the [[SRD:Incorporeal Subtype|Incorporeal Subtype]] for 1 round. However your actual body still hang around, immobile but not helpless (no dex to AC). As long as you maintain this ability you stay incorporeal and essentially move out of your body, however as soon as you become corporeal again you return to your body.
