When a Front Line Shinobi disgracefully leaves his village or is exiled, he is declared a Missing-Nin, and may be executed without punishment by anyone.  The Missing-Nin is no longer welcome in his former village excepting unusual circumstance, but may find refuge in another village depending upon the leadership of that village.  A Missing-Nin who is not welcome in a village may not enter the village without resistance unless he attempts to enter in secrecy or through the use of a disguise.
