Not Intelligent?
In the Legend of Zelda, Zoras have the higher technology of the races (leaving out the Terminian Humans). How could they be less intelligent? Just look at their plumbing - hear that, plumbing - in Majora's Mask for Christ's sake! Examples of Zora smarts;
- plumbing, which is modern (Pretty much any one)
- hookshot, which is futuristic (Ocarina of Time, N64)
- A lot more that I'm too lazy to put on
- More that I don't know about
