If this is allowed in a campaign, it makes humans redundant. Seeing as they're one of the best races around, that makes this an overpowered, and thus bad, race. |

Instinctive Emotion makes this race amusing, although I worry that a situational disadvantage is really awkward for balance: whether or not it matters depends almost entirely on what your opponents know. |
