|reason= It's an interesting god, kinda similar to he Doctor Who "These events must always happen as such." It would be an interesting cleric to play as. However, I will make a suggestion, try to integrate the Inevitables into this god, maybe as autonomous creations of him or something, that would fit the concept very well.

I would play a cleric of this deity. It integrates well into standard DnD cosmology, and opens up quite a few plot hooks.
