Unarmed Combat Master [Fighter, Tactical] Prerequisites: Improved Grapple, Effective Monk 6th or Effective Fighter 12th or knowing three or more 5th level setting sun maneuvers.Benefit: This feat grant the following tactical maneuvers while unarmed:

Lifting Grappler: You can now freely move while grappling a creature without needing to make a grapple check or doing spending additional actions.

Grab On Attack: You gain improved grab with your unarmed attack. If you fail to grapple someone with this ability you cannot try to use improved grab on that creature again until next turn.
