Shouldn't the CL be equal to HD of the person suggesting things to you? --Ghostwheel (talk) 14:41, 5 September 2015 (UTC)
I am hesitating between the two, creature's HD vary a lot. So it make the suggestion of a cunning devil way less effective than say, some talking animal. --Leziad (talk) 16:14, 5 September 2015 (UTC)
