Illuminator, Elan [Psionic, Racial]
Prerequisites: Elan 15 HD. Skills: Knowledge (Psionics) 15 ranks, and Psicraft 15 ranks.Benefit: Any Elan with this feat can "make" new Elans (called candidates). In order to achieve this, an Elan Illuminator must peform a psionic ritual with a cost of 15 power points and aPsicraft check DC equal to 25 + total HD of candidate. If successful, the candidate is a brand "new made" level 1 Elan.
Special: Retry: Yes, a retry is possible for the same candidate if the original ritual fails, however this ritual can only be performed once a month and the DC increases by 1 for each failure for said candidate.
