|reason=Odd.  The weapon description is an oddity but it's fine.  The flanking thing seems off somehow, but its subpar stats and "meh" flavor is helped by Dex to damage.  Still, there's something... off about it I can't place well.  Sorry it's not more helpful.  Consider this bordering on Like.

|reason=A weapon that gets rid of flanking? Why? How does a weapon help you not get flanked but you're still flanked if unarmed? Otherwise, this is just a silly trippy rapier. Also, you can view the edit history on any page, with comments, without someone posting on the discussion page...

It's quite the weapon: high damage (two-handed is where Strength people flock), immunity to flanking, use as a tripping weapon, and some sort of effect that must be fluff because it draws parallels with something the rapier can't really do.
