Steel Vanguard Style [Combat] The Steel Vanguard Style is practiced by those who protect others, even at the risk of their own lives.Prerequisites: Combat Reflexes Benefits: This is a combat feat that scales with your Base Attack Bonus.

  • +0: When an ally adjacent to you is attacked, you may use an attack of opportunity to use the Aid Another to grant them a bonus to AC.
  • +1: Whenever you use Steel Vanguard Style to aid an ally's AC, if the attack would hit an ally you may take the attack instead. The attack is redirected from the original target and automatically hits you instead, even if it normally would miss.
