Dexterous [General] Prerequisites: Inhuman form, or otherwise lacking tool-using hands or appendages.Benefit: You can use hand-held weapons and hand-held tools. It is up to you and your DM to describe how this is plausible. You take a -1 penalty to attacks or checks when doing so, as your form is not optimized for this.
