Worthy Foe
Some abilities require your foe to be worthy of your trouble. The Player's Handbook already has this mechanic in the form of the creatures destroyed by the cleric's Turn Undead feature. This simple codifies that so it can be referenced elsewhere.
To be treated as a worthy foe, a creature must be above a certain CR according to your level, as shown in the Worthy Foe table below.
