Through an accident or simple misfortune, you only have one eye.
Prerequisite: None
Effect: You only have one eye, as such you halve the range of all spells, powers, and similar abilities if their original range was Medium or Long, and halve the range increment of all ranged weapons you use.
Benefit: Bonus Feat.
