Blast of Defeat
Eldritch Essence Warlock Lesser; 4th

Those effected by this essence must make a will save. Each effected creature that fails its Will save (DC equal to 14 + charisma bonus) must immediately start cowering. While cowering, the afflicted is considered prone, and may only take a partial action, though may not purposely trigger any ability for offensive or maneuverability reasons. If attacked, the effect ends. This is a mind-affecting ability. Those afflicted stop cowering after one minute (10 rounds). While under this effect, those afflicted cannot be frightened or panicked. If already frightened or panicked, Blast of Defeat only knocks the afflicted one prone.
