Blindness/Deafness is only a 2nd-level spell for everyone but the Cleric and it's permanent. Though, yes, 1 round on it and the Clatterpop seems more appropriate for a Reserve feat. --Zhenra-Khal (talk) 12:16, 18 May 2017 (MDT)
